Payment

50% retainer is due upon booking and full payment for the services is due 10 days in advance of the photography session.

Contracted Package

Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by consultant will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added.

Online Gallery

The Photographer shall edit and share an online gallery within 3 weeks of the photographic event.

Artistic Rights

The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client.

Copyright and Reproductions

The Photographer shall own the exclusive rights and copyright to all images created. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind. The Photographer does provide the Client permission to resize photographs for Internet-based usage.

Liability

It is understood that Photographer is only liable for services completed and provided by Photographer and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall Photographer be liable for consequential damages of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason the Client cancels before the session date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold a future session date. Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance by e-mail.

Postponement Policy

If event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement.

Responsibility

Photographer is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of the photographer, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, photographer will coordinate alternate arrangements.
